Help and Advice
Can't I just use an Estate Agent?
In Spain Estate Agents are able to list every property that is for sale on their website so often knowledge is lost. Due to high demand they aren't able to do a traditional search for you.
Here at PS&M we can - we take the time to really understand your property spec and then go out to the market to find the best properties for you and your needs.
We will also inspect the properties before submitting a final shortlist so you know the properties you do view will be right for you as well as having all the relevant information you need to make a decision.
How much can you help me if I want to rent my property?
At PS&M we manage all aspects of any rentals including Holiday Lets and Long-Term.
Holiday Lets are often a perfect opportunity to generate income when you are not using the property. We are able to manage all listings, diary management, guest enquiries, change overs, cleaning and maintenance. All you have to do is let us know when you would like to visit and we can handle the rest.
For Long-Term Lets we are able to manage any prospective tenants, checks, contracts and inspections to ensure your property is being looked after in the right manner.
How do your fees work?
Our fees are always very transparent and will depend on what service you take. We offer a free initial consultation and will then work with you to offer a first short list of properties within your chosen area.
For assistance with a complete property search, including assistance with local information such as schools, holiday let revenue insights and further information we charge 1% of the property price when a successful purchase has been obtained.

Do I have to have a certain budget?
No - not at all. We are able to help anyone regardless of the budget or type of property you wish to purchase or rent out.
What is important to us is that we understand completely what you are looking for and what your budget range is - that way we can ensure we show you properties that will be relevant to you and your needs.
